Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Vegetable fried rice is a Indian Vegetarian version of Chinese fried rice. It is a delightful rice dish that is extremely popular, rice is cooked with vegetables and flavored with soy sauce and black pepper.

Method:

  1. Heat a large pan on medium high heat, add oil.
  2. When oil is hot add carrots, beans, cabbage and cauliflower, stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Now add pepper powder, salt and soy sauce to it, mix again.
  6. Cook fried rice for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Green Beans, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, powdered
  • Salt to Taste
