Chikoo Ice Cream is very tasty and unique. Chikoo is also known as sapota. This is an easy recipe made with delectable chikoo fruit. Enjoy this easy to make fresh fruit ice cream.

Method:

  1. In blender, mix evaporated milk and chikoo (sapota) to paste.
  2. In a large bowl combine ingredients, frozen whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk and chikoo (sapota) paste mix well.
  3. Pour into container, freeze for 5-6 hours.

Tips:

  1. Frozen chikoo (sapota) can be easily found in Indian Grocery Stores next to frozen vegetables.

  • 8 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 8 oz Frozen Whipped Topping
  • 1½ Cup Frozen Chikoo (Sapota), thawed
