Samosa Chaat Recipe

Samosa Chaat is an all time favorite mouthwatering snack. A very satisfying snack which can be converted to a meal if prepared in larger quantity.


  1. In a deep plate break open 2 samosas alittle.
  2. Spread the prepared chole over the samosas.
  3. Add the whisked yogurt, followed by tamarind and green chutney.
  4. Sprinkle red chili powder and chaat masala.
  5. Finely chopped onion and tomatoes are optional to add.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy this mouthwatering delicacy.


  • 8 Samosas
  • 2 Cups Chole
  • 4 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Tamarind/Dates Chutney
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Chutney
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • To Garnish:
  • 1 Teaspoon Cilantro (Coriander leaves), finely chopped
