Avocado Ice Cream is easy to make yet silky smooth, delicious and surprisingly good.
- In blender, mix evaporated milk and chopped avocado to paste.
- In a large bowl combine ingredients, frozen whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk and avocado paste mix well.
- Pour into container, freeze for 5-6 hours.
