Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

Avocado Ice Cream is easy to make yet silky smooth, delicious and surprisingly good.

Method:

  1. In blender, mix evaporated milk and chopped avocado to paste.
  2. In a large bowl combine ingredients, frozen whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk and avocado paste mix well.
  3. Pour into container, freeze for 5-6 hours.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 8 oz Frozen Whipped Topping
  • 2 Ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
