Edamame Salad Recipe

Edamame is also called Soybean. Edamame salad has high protein content and thus can be eaten daily or in substitution for meat. enjoy the salad before a meal or as a snack anytime of the day.

Method:

  1. Cook the Edamame as per instructions on the packet.
  2. In a big bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy the salad before a meal or as a snack anytime of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Edamame, shelled
  • 4 Tablespoon Carrots, grated
  • 4 Tablespoon Roasted Corn
  • 4 Tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Roasted Yellow Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • To Garnish:
  • 2 Tablespoon Cilantro (Coriander Leaves), chopped
