Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Easy Ice Cream Cake tastes great and easy to make in a matter of minutes. Chocolate Chip Cookies soaked in coffee layered with hot fudge chocolate topping, iced in vanilla ice cream and whipped topping and sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Method:

  1. Mix vanilla ice cream and frozen whipped topping, keep aside.
  2. Mix Water and instant coffee, keep aside.
  3. In 9×9 inch baking dish, dip each cookie in coffee water and place 9 cookies side by side.
  4. Spread evenly with 1/3 of fudge topping, then 1/3 of the whipped topping.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cookies, fudge topping and whipped toppings.
  6. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Keep unused portion covered and frozen.

Tips:

  • I used Hide and Seek Chocolate Chip Cookies, from Indian Grocery store.
  • Ingredients

    • 27 Chocolate Chips Cookies
    • 1 Jar Hot Fudge Chocolate Topping, room tempreature
    • 1 Container Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
    • 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
    • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
    • 1 Cup Warm Water
    • 1 Milk Chocolate Bar, grated
