  4. I can’t cook at all but I am trying to learn how to make simple stuff. Okay, so, I have some chicken breasts, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini. And soy sauce. My stove is gas. Sometimes I find that the heat is too high when I’m trying to cook. So please advise me of what heat levels I should use as well as how long I should cook everything. Thanks.
