Jeera Rice Recipe

Jeera rice or Cumin Rice recipe goes exceptionally well with any dal or curry. Rice seasoned with cumin seeds is very easy and quick to make.

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil or ghee on medium heat.
  2. Add cloves and cumin seeds, wait until seeds crakle.
  3. Add rice and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with any dal, subzi or curry.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rice, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil or Ghee
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Salt to Taste
