Singapore Noodles Recipe
Singapore noodles is a simple irresistible vegetarian rice noodle dish. Rice noodles and vegetables stir fried with curry powder and soy sauce, makes meal by itself.
- Cook rice noodles as per instructions on the box and keep aside.
- Heat a large non stick pan on medium high heat, add oil.
- Add red and green bell pepper stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add noodles, curry powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce and salt.
- Mix well and stir fry 1 minute.
- Serve hot, Enjoy!.
