  1. I have made Singapore noodles from several different recipe versions. It seems almost perfect, but the curry flavor is slightly off. I tried many curry powders (including a Vietnamese brand) but they all taste wrong – like Indian curry dish. Specifically which curry powder do Chinese Restaurants use for Singapore Noodles? I live in Ontario, Canada, but am willing to order the correct curry online, if required.
