Coconut Balls Recipe

Coconut balls are made using dry coconut powder, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Coconut ladoo is a very popular sweet in the northern states of India. This is very quick and tasty recipe can be made easily in 5 minutes.

Method:

  1. In a big bowl, add 1 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut powder, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and make 10 equal parts and roll into balls.
  3. Roll each ball in coconut powder.
  4. Keep in refrigerator once done. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Dry Coconut Powder (Desiccated Coconut)
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Coconut Powder (for coating)

  3. thing is I have a fresh coconut we just bought…can I sub that instead and chop it up nice and fine?
    we have a food processor…
    okay…so if I can’t make these what opther tasty treat can I make?
