Edamame is also called Soybean. Edamame salad has high protein content and thus can be eaten daily or in substitution for meat. enjoy the salad before a meal or as a snack anytime of the day.
Method:
- Cook the Edamame as per instructions on the packet.
- In a big bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro and enjoy the salad before a meal or as a snack anytime of the day.
