Ingredients:

1. Spinach thin chopped - 1 bowl
2. Green Methi Thin chopped - 1 bowl
3. Green Coriander thin chopped - 1 bowl
4. Green Bathua thin chopped - 1 bowl
5. Cauliflower Grated - 1 bowl
6. Onion thin chopped - 1 bowl
7. Chopped green chillies - 2
8. Wheat flour - 2.5 bowl
9. Suji - 1 bowl
10. Besan - 1 bowl
11. Maida – 1bowl
12. Salt to taste
13. Red chilly powder ½ tables spoon
14. Sauf ½ tables spoon
15. Jira ½ tables spoon
16. Hing a pinch
17. Oil for moyan – 1 bowl
18. Water

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients properly now add water and make dough.
2. Take a small ball size lump of dough. Now roll it slightly using dry flour.
3. Flatten these balls and roll like any other parantha.
4. Pre-heat the tawa. Turn it and spread little oil or ghee and shallow fry over low heat. Turn it again and spread ghee/oil on the other side. Cook both sides till golden brown.
5. Serve Hot with curd or pickles.
