Strawberry Ice Cream Soda Recipe

Strawberry ice cream soda is an exciting blend of vanilla ice cream, strawberry preserve and lemon/lime flavored soda. It is a perfect drink to serve with appetizers. A sweet and tangy strawberry flavored drink is best served chilled.

Method:

  1. In a blender, blend vanilla ice cream, strawberry preserve and ice until smooth.
  2. Add soda in blender pulse it one more time.
  3. Pour in glass and serev immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Preserve (Strawberry Jam)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Can Lemon Lime Flavored Soda (Sprite / Seirra Mist)
