Bhel Puri Recipe
Bhel-Puri is the most commonly sold chaat in the streets of Mumbai. The proportions of the various chutneys in Bhel can be adjusted to your personal preferences.
Method:
- Combine all the dry ingredients: mamra, puri, sev, onions, potatoes, tomatoes in a large bowl
- Add the garlic, khajur-imli, and green chili chutneys and lemon juice and toss gently till all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and garnish each portion with the puri, sev, cliantro and raw mango(optional).
- Serve immediately.
