Khichu Recipe

Khichu is a easy and simple Gujarati dish made of rice flour and flavored with cumin and carom seeds. Served with Oil. Also known as papdi no lot.
Method:
- Boil water in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, and salt, boil until water is light yellow in color.
- Add green chilies and oil, boil for one more minute add soda bicarbonate.
- Add rice flour and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.
- Cover and turn heat to low, cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with oil.
