Singapore Noodles Recipe

Singapore noodles is a simple irresistible vegetarian rice noodle dish. Rice noodles and vegetables stir fried with curry powder and soy sauce, makes meal by itself.

Method:

  1. Cook rice noodles as per instructions on the box and keep aside.
  2. Heat a large non stick pan on medium high heat, add oil.
  3. Add red and green bell pepper stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add noodles, curry powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce and salt.
  5. Mix well and stir fry 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot, Enjoy!.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rice Noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Bell Pepper (Red Capsicum), thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Bell Pepper (Green Capsicum), thinly sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
