Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Vegetable fried rice is a Indian Vegetarian version of Chinese fried rice. It is a delightful rice dish that is extremely popular, rice is cooked with vegetables and flavored with soy sauce and black pepper.
Method:
- Heat a large pan on medium high heat, add oil.
- When oil is hot add carrots, beans, cabbage and cauliflower, stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Now add pepper powder, salt and soy sauce to it, mix again.
- Cook fried rice for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
