Vegetable Stir Fried Noodles Recipe

A healthy Chinese stir fry, made with noodles and fresh vegetables. This is a flavorful, quick and easy to make noodles. Serve vegetable stir fry noodles as lunch or dinner.

Method:

  1. Cook hakka noodles as per instructions on the box and keep aside.
  2. Heat a large non stick pan on medium high heat, add oil.
  3. Add cabbage, carrot, green beans, bean sprout, spring onion and green bell pepper stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add noodles, soya sauce, vinegar and salt.
  5. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot vegetable stir fry noodles as lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Hakka Noodles
  • 1/4 Cup Tablespoons Green Bell Pepper (Green Capsicum), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 Cup Green Beans, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • Salt to Taste
